Understand
I ask questions before proposing a solution. Goal, users, constraints, budget, timeline. I look for the real problem, which isn't always the one in the brief. Deliverable: a reformulated and validated problem.

Scope
I decide what we do, and what we don't do. Scope, priorities, technical choices, phase breakdown. If the budget is tight, I reduce the scope, not the quality. Deliverable: a clear plan with a first deliverable version

Design
I lay the foundations. Architecture, data model, security, data isolation. Decisions that are hard to change later are made here. Deliverable: a documented architecture.

Build
I develop in small, verifiable steps. Git flow branches, clean commits, readable and maintainable code, with regular progress updates. Deliverable: delivered and testable features.

Validate & evolve
I test the product with real users. I launch, listen to feedback, fix issues, and only add a feature if the market requests it. Deliverable: a live product and a prioritized list of improvements.
